Returns & Refund Policy

At Kavas Jewels, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. If any damage occurs to the material or workmanship of your product, we’ll make it right for you.

1. Eligibility for Return or Refund

  • Returns or refund requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • We will gladly offer a replacement or refund for items with defects covered under our warranty.
  • The warranty does not cover:Lost itemsScratches or tarnishing from normal wearDamage due to improper care or storageAny modification done by a third party outside Kavas Jewels

2. Process

If your jewelry is defective and covered under our warranty, please contact us with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • Date of purchase
  • photo of the defective piece
  • Your shipping information

3. Shipping Costs

If the item qualifies for a return, please ship it back using a trackable method.
Once the item is received and verified, we will reimburse your return shipping cost.

4. Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7–14 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for worn or customized jewelry, except for manufacturing defects.
