Hypoallergenic jewelry means the product is unlikely to cause an allergic reaction. Many people are allergic to specific metals which can cause the skin to itch, turn red, and leave a rash.
Kavas Jewelry is sensitive skin friendly, hypoallergenic and nickel-free. Each piece is made with quality, comfort, and style in mind.

We are using 925 Sterling Silver coated with 18K Gold Plated & Gold Vermeil, Gemstones, and Polymer Clay.

You can wear our jewelry daily! When not wearing your jewelry, be sure to store it in our Kavas Jewels Ziplock & Box in clean and dry condition to prevent scratching and maintain color.

We are using the TIKI service. Your orders will be arrived based on the shipping courier service that you choose.

The order delivery process from Kavas Jewels are:

- If you order & make payment before 12pm on working days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holiday): We will send your order on the same day.

- If you order & make payment after 12pm on working days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holiday): We will send your order on the next working day.

- If you order & make payment on weekend (Saturday & Sunday) / public holiday: We will send your order on the next working day.(If you need to get your order fast, kindly chat us to request faster delivery arrangement)

These are the normal schedules for our shipping & delivery estimates, but there are also high chances that we will send your order right away, cause we're trying our best to make you happy and satisfied! 

We’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material or the workmanship of the jewelry occurs. Just contact us and we’ll send you a replacement or give you a refund.

The warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party outside of Kavas Jewels.

If your Kavas Jewelry is defective and covered under the warranty, please send your order number, date of purchase, a photo of the defective piece, and also your shipping information to kavasjewels@gmail.com or DM us through Instagram!

We include a soft jewelry cloth with every order — gently polish your pieces to keep them shiny.

Kavas Jewelry is made to last, safe and suitable for all skin types. We wanted to ensure that you would never have to deal with irritated or green skin from jewelry ever again!

When wearing your Kavas Jewelry everyday, the jewelry contacts the top layer of the skin, which often has a lot of dirt, grit, sweat, oil and other chemicals. Over time, your jewelry may look darker, or duller, and that is due to the many layers of dirt, chemicals, etc. that are transferred from the skin to your pieces. It is NOT HARMFUL and IT CAN BE CLEANED! Over time, the gold plating might wear off and the silver will show, but don't worry because we have a jewelry care instruction page that you can read and follow in order to maintain the color of your piece. 

Gold purity is defined by its carat. Solid gold (or 100% gold) is too soft for any type of jewelry, so 'gold' usually refers to an alloy, which is a mixture of gold and some other metal.
The usual amount of gold that is used in fine jewelry is between 14k - 18k (since 22k - 24k are just too soft to be used for fine jewelry). Therefore, Kavas Jewels jewelry is using 14k - 18k Gold Plated and Gold Vermeil

GOLD PLATED
Contains 0.03-0.05% solid gold, and is done by a process of electroplating. We are using 925 sterling silver as the base metal for our jewelry before it's coated with gold, which makes Kavas Jewelry Nickel Free.

GOLD VERMEIL
Contains 0.5-1% solid gold, and originates from French Artisan Jewelry technique.  It has a thickness of more than 5 times from our usual gold plating on 925 Sterling Silver base which are more durable against tarnish and blackened taint caused by air and water. The gold shines up to 5 times longer than regular gold plating.

Our Kavas Jewelry is made to last, so it's perfectly fine for you to wear it on your daily activity!
